RESPONSIBILITIES
? 參與新項目開發(fā)，并在開發(fā)初期協(xié)調(diào)樣品檢驗。
Participate in new program development and coordinate sample inspection during early development.
? 使用系統(tǒng)推動供應(yīng)商向公司PPM、事件率和所需的準(zhǔn)時交付性能目標(biāo)改進(jìn)。
Use systems to drive supplier improvement towards corporate PPM, Incident Rate and as required On-Time Delivery performance targets
? 主導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商糾正措施的啟動、跟蹤和關(guān)閉。
Take lead in initiation, follow up and closure of all Supplier Corrective Actions.
? 根據(jù)需要主導(dǎo)定期對供應(yīng)商過程審核和風(fēng)險降低(行動)計劃。
Lead regular supplier process audits and risk mitigation (action) plans as needed and required.
? 協(xié)對供應(yīng)商提交的PPAP文件進(jìn)行處理、評審并批準(zhǔn)或拒絕。
Process, review and recommend approval or rejection for Supplier PPAP Submissions.
? 每周和每月監(jiān)控和報告供應(yīng)商的改進(jìn)指標(biāo)。
Monitor and report supplier improvement metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
? 根據(jù)需要，協(xié)助供應(yīng)商流程改進(jìn)和數(shù)據(jù)分析。
As required, assist with supplier process improvements and data analysis.
? 根據(jù)要求，訪問供應(yīng)商的各種質(zhì)量問題-如工作需要出差。
As required, visit suppliers on a variety of quality issues – if Job requires travel.
? 根據(jù)需要，通過參與供應(yīng)商系統(tǒng)評估(SSA)和過程系列評審(PSR)，并參加技術(shù)評審審核(TRA)，協(xié)助開發(fā)新供應(yīng)商。
As needed, assist in development of new suppliers through participation in Supplier Systems Assessments (SSA) and Process Series Reviews (PSR) and attend Technology Review Audit(TRA)
? 根據(jù)需要參與供應(yīng)商零部件的再采購項目。
Participate in supplier parts re-sourcing projects (MTC) as required.
? 協(xié)助SDE團(tuán)隊進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商改進(jìn)流程(SIP)。
Assist with SDE team for Supplier Improvement Process (SIP).
? 為達(dá)到經(jīng)營目標(biāo)而分配的其他職責(zé)。
Other duties as assigned to meet operational objectives.
? 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他任務(wù)
The tasks assigned by Quality manager and Quality supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
? 工程專業(yè)，可以考慮同等質(zhì)量經(jīng)驗。
preferably in engineering discipline. May consider equivalent Quality Experience.
? 基本了解AIAG核心工具(APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA等)
General understanding of AIAG core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, etc.)
? 有金屬產(chǎn)品(鑄造、鍛造、機(jī)加工、熱處理)，密封件，電機(jī)制造經(jīng)驗。
Direct metal product (Casting, Forging, Machining, Heat-treatment), sealing and motor manufacturing experience.
? 至少3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the above disciplines.
? 必須能夠出差，主要是在國內(nèi)。
Must be able to travel, mainly domestically.
? 了解質(zhì)量工程工具;能夠合理使用質(zhì)量和制造工藝，防錯等。
Understand quality engineering tools; able to assess sound use of quality and manufacturing processes, mistake-proofing etc.
? 熟悉ISO9001/TS16949質(zhì)量體系要求
Working knowledge of ISO9001/TS16949 requirements
? 熟悉熱處理/尺寸檢驗方法。
Good working knowledge of heat treatment/dimensional inspection methods.
? 能夠使用微軟辦公軟件。
Be able to use Microsoft Office.
? 優(yōu)秀的組織能力，能夠在團(tuán)隊環(huán)境中工作，并能處理不同優(yōu)先級和復(fù)雜性的項目。
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a team environment and also handle projects consisting of varying priorities and complexities.
? 必要的英語書面和口語。
Written and speak English is necessary.
